High School diploma or GED required for experience running the kitchen, fine dining cooking experience, culinary school preferred, friendly, clean, excellent time management skills, authority to work independently, knowledge of different cuisines, excellent customer service skills, professional at all times and honest.
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, plan menus, and stay within budget, order and shop for food, prep, and cook meals in accordance with health and safety guidelines. clean and sanitize workspace before and after each meal, do dishes, package and label all food for the refrigerators and freezers, deep clean kitchen before a holiday closure, must be willing to cook favorite dishes of the residents, and have basic computer skills.
This is a full-time position with nights and weekends off as well as holidays and the Summer. Lunch, Dinner is served Monday-Thursday and brunch on Friday. You must have a clean background and good references to be considered for the position.
