Join us Friday October 16th 5pm at Debbie Smith CTE Academy for an evening featuring a buffet style dinner including a fall salad and 3 varieties of paella by Chef Tim Meevasin! All in support of High Sierra Chefs Association’s Education and Scholarship Fund benefiting culinary students and programs across Northern Nevada.

Chef Tim will be preparing a Valencia style paella, Seafood inspired paella, and a vegan/vegetarian friendly paella, all on-site! Watch as Chef Meevasin and his team prepare dinner in traditional 42” paella pans on the Debbie Smith outdoor veranda!

Enjoy a variety of passed tapas prepared by Debbie Smith CTE Culinary Academy students, led by Chef Instructor Josh Berreman. Truckee Meadows Culinary Program will be featuring a selection of Spanish inspired sangria mocktails. Finish the night with a dessert off our Community Dessert Table highlighting the culinary skills of high school and college students across Northern Nevada.
