2026 Culinary Arts Graduate Celebration
Join the High Sierra Chefs Association in celebrating Northern Nevada’s 2026 High School and Post-Secondary Culinary Arts program graduates for a Spring BBQ! Entry is free for graduating students and one additional guest.
Come and enjoy a day at Bartley Ranch Park full of great food, company, and a friendly sides/dessert competition against other local culinary programs (additional competition details below)!

BBQ Competition Details

Each program is allowed 2 entries per category. Must prepare (1) 2” half size hotel pan of product, or 12 individual portions. Feel free to bring more than enough to share with other students!

Side dishes can be prepared hot or cold, program entries can be both hot or cold, or one of each. Best Hot Side Dish, Best Cold Side Dish, and Best Side Dish Overall will be awarded!

Desserts can be presented in any preferred style! Best Dessert Overall will be awarded.
